Great places for a lovely meal in Weybridge

This is the next part of our series on where to find everything in our hometown of Weybridge in Surrey. This time, we’re going to cover another essential for any business that wants to build quality relationships with clients: good restaurants. There remains nothing like an enjoyable meal for helping to break the ice, and we think all of these eateries are well worth your time:

The Old Crown

A traditional, family run pub with a lovely location by the Thames, The Old Crown is a splendid place to spend an evening. All of their meals are home prepared and cooked, and available at excellent prices. There is plenty of seating inside the pub itself, and when it’s a bit warmer outside there’s the chance to enjoy both the patio and the riverside garden. A classic British venue at it’s very best.

Sosio’s

An absolute first-class restaurant, Sosio’s offers the very best in both French and continental cuisine in a lovely relaxing atmosphere. They offer a particular speciality in fish dishes, but all of their meals are superb, created using only the highest quality ingredients. Rather unsurprisingly for a French restaurant, they have a substantial wine list; perfect for unwinding at the end of another hard week’s work.

Meejana

Lebanese cuisine has been becoming more and more popular in the last few years, and Meejana is a stunning example its sumptuous flavours. Their menu is substantial, offering over 40 mezze dishes and 20 main courses. All of the meat used is British Halal Authority approved, and around half of the menu – as is in keeping with
Lebanese culture – is vegetarian-friendly.

Hansa’s

Thai food remains extremely popular, and Hansa’s is probably the finest example in Weybridge. For over 30 years, Hansa is an incredibly accomplished Thai chef who has served up dishes to a number of high-ranking Thai officials, as well as thousands of other satisfied customers. Offering absolutely delicious food at prices that are basically a steal, the restaurant to which she’s given her name is an absolute must-visit.

The Gaylord

Last but a long way from being least, The Gaylord. Serving up exotic, delicious Indian food, it’s the perfect place to enjoy everything from a sumptuous tikka masala to tandoori king prawns. Customers head to the Gaylord from all over Surrey to experience the wonderful flavours on offer. If you’re in the Weybridge area and are in the mood for a great curry, the Gaylord is a great choice.
