PRUPIM secures PGS for The Heights at Weybridge
PRUPIM has secured Norwegian Geophysical services group, Petroleum Geo-Services (PGS) for a 75,381 sq ft letting at building No.4, The Heights, Weybridge, Surrey.
PGS have taken a 15-year lease with a 10-year break and will move from their present headquarters in Walton on Thames to the PRUPIM owned scheme in Weybridge.
The Heights is a five building speculative development totalling 350,000 ft², the tenants include Alliance Boots, KIA Motors, BP International, Daikin and Gearbulk (UK). Two further buildings, providing another 275,000 ft² are occupied by Sony and Proctor and Gamble. There is now 114,000 sq ft available at The Heights arranged over 3 buildings.
